It's a manufactured drama created by Bullahwood harami to promote their movie Mardani 3. Based on this theme.

Not like Delhi or India in general is safe. But this is such a worst thing to do. In western country, these Rani Mukherjee and her YRF husband would be shamed for spreading these false stats to promote their movie. A Kashmiri bulla is also involved in it.
