Unless you are applying to an Ivy League or other decent private college, forget about it. Only private universities give huge scholarships in the US. I go to a public state university and despite being on a substantial scholarship (which is extremely rare for international students) the entire cost (fees + living) totals up to 45+ lakh a year. You can't even work off-campus in the US
I would seriously recommend looking at Canada/UK/Aus
