idk about OP, but from what I’ve seen, Rockstar basically decides when gaming moves to a new generation.

They’ve been doing this for years. Same thing happened back in the day with GTA:VC and GTA:SA too
No other studio really shifts the market like Rockstar does not even the combined output of Xbox Studios or PlayStation Studios
When GTA 6 drops, there’ll probably be a ±3 month window where no major game studio will release any game cuz its not worth competing with the big boy ROCKSTAR
Also, with ~$2B invested, they’ll likely make that back in under 48 hours. That alone says enough and I Wouldn’t be surprised if it crosses $5B in revenue within a few months
Anyway, just my take.....
