This is a job description that asks for 2 to 4 years of experience. I am not CSE so I don't know what's going on here. Is it possible for someone to have all these qualifications? Is it possible to find someone who has all these qualifications while also having only 2 to 4 years of experience and is capable of working for 3 to 6 LPA? Is this a realistic job profile? Just asking for curiosity and understanding about how these things work.
