idk if i can model shit but I can dual-boot Linux distros and play stuff from Steam pretty fine

Personally I would recommend ki itne Mei PC le Lo (with used/slightly older components) so that future mein upgrade kar sako

Laptop is just not worth it cuz mushkil se 1saal chalega

Look for laptops with 4000+ score in blender benchmark

Go for PC if you want full utilisation of specs. Laptops are curtailed due to TDP, voltage regulators
