Way better. They are forward thinking, work with private player, plan, iterate and develop products. They have fair share of issues but they are very pragmatic.

IAF achieved their objective. Situation never reached to a point where karachi would need bombing again by navy however navy was used atleast for one target during Operation Sindoor.

They were part of the combat patrol leading to almost all pakistani navy boats not even leaving their shores.
