What's your opinion on UGC making mandate to for colleges to have a committee (equal opportunity committee) even tough the hierocracy is that they mandated that committee that will be inspecting the case or allegation should have a 1 SC 1 ST 1 OBC AND 1 WOMEN

and can operate without General or Male student.

Part which is most bothering is that how criminalised theyve made the existence of general male student like we're some evil creature.
