The way I did it during Kaleja was study for 2 hours and then take a break. The easier it is to absorb, the longer you can go on. Eventually you can keep studying for 6-8 hours in a trance like state when book/pc and notebook is only thing you see and ear.

>TLDR

Take breaks in between and practice.

long enough to clear away your short term memory. Then you do some exercise problems & end-of-chapter problems to get an idea of how much you actually processed the information.

10 minute should suffice, 20 works as well. It should be long enough to clear your mind, but not enough to wipe your mood to study entirely
