you guys might think this is too much, it is not, the theory in mathematics is already compact, and many problems just get repeated across these books, it is good for revision.
However asit das gupta and that excursion book is peak, original source books, black book is tbe go to if you want everything collected at one place.

what level? Most material I have read is JEE and olympiad level.
The "counting problems" chapter in KD Joshi's Educative JEE book is really good, you should start there, if you want college level, you can check out his foundations of Discrete mathematics maybe.
There is this combinatorics problem book by László Lovász which is fairly high level for upper level under grads.
