We have a bihari neighbor and they look pretty low (indian). They have 2 kids. Mother of the kids asked my sister for giving home tutions to her dotter. We refused because we conservative and theres no reasom for home tutions as they are literally in our neighbor and my sister only had 3 kids by then.
