I'm to be getting a certain amount very soon from my employer in US. He is open to send it in any way but I want it all cash (hard paper bill) under without the government interfering in any way. I don't want to pay tax, nor do I want them to know that I received this amount even though its a very small amount and not taxable.

My plan for now is to get this amount from my employer to my metamask wallet and then send that amount to several different metamask account holder who will give me what I want. Is it feasible?

IT will ask for 30% tax on crypto. I've seen them catch on to transactions as small as 10,000 rs.

Better ask for only what you need from overseas account and spend it all as "business expenses".
