Got it, what i understood from the convo with that someone is that NSDL itself is not issuing any new shares or raising new set of capital for growth etc..
Rather the existing investors are liquidating all of their stocks. Which is apparently a bit sus.
I don't delve into stocks other than sip etc. cuz i prefer to have a bit of sanity in my life.
