This isn't good for Lundia lol. Cars are something that are quite easy to produce and create a lot of jobs by doing so.
All the blackmoney retards are going to buy phoren cars now.

Some details on how it benefits the Indian consumers
>tariffs on EU cars (above 15k euro) go from 110% to 10%
>wine tariff goes from 150% to 10%
nice
>taxes halved for spirit and beer
>most fruits, vegetable oils from EU will have no tax
>for industries in india - machinery, chemical imports, optical elements, aircrafts, manufacturing stuff have seen reduction in tariff
Rather than amerikeks, EU are better partner if we are going to have any food related partnership so this is good.
Deal obviously if everything goes well will take 6 months if not more to come to fruition but the industry should proly gear up beforehand.

In fact i hope we open the market for Chinese cars and let these cronies be annihilated if they can't compete.

There won't be any competition. Western brand names can just flood India with cheap vesions of their expensive cars.
And yes Tata and Mahindra aren't as refined as Western cars, but if there is no buying pressure they will never improve.
It took Western industry almost 200+ years to get cars to where they are now.

> Just increase unemployment saar .
Just Kill yourself. Auto industry like TATA, mahindra actually produces revenue and generates employment. Hero and TVS are the world's 2nd and 3rd largest motorcycle manufacturers. It's a lot more important for india than ITcoolie nignoggery. Mahindra has a lot of cars which are almost world class. ITjeets in india can't even produce a whatsapp equivalent. Forget AI and LLM. That is not within the capability of Indian IT industry. Based Anand Mahindra was also correct when he said the HAL Tejas program was a failure after it crashed in dubai.
