I wanna leave after my internship completes in few days but my managers like me so much that they are eager for me to sign the offer letter. But I don't wanna join cuz this shit company has no work life balance you can't have a beard. The thing is they were so nice to me throughout I don't wanna hurt them. Anyone knows a polite way to reject offer letter I want to get out of this hell.

Even during my internship they treated me nicely and like family but it was unpaid and they were giving me 25k salary for full time (kek)
