>It is very difficult to come to terms that people are simply insane when you are around them so much.
Be present and aware in the moment, whenever my friends are talking about something I like or is agreeable I start talking, whenever they start talking nonesense or self jerking i just start nodding and hmmming, I tried arguing with them sometimes, but it's futile, no one wins and mental health gets affected too
Simply choose what you want to believe in, also your friends won't end friendships just because of disagreement on minor shits (most of the time)
>Come to terms that the way things happen is out of your control and just get by with your life with the little things you can control?
You don't control the little things anon, you control the most important thing that is you, keep believing in yourself, of course dont ever be delusional over anything but still have a sense of individuality in your opinion, If that makes sense
As for friends, in reality most people are also too busy with their own lives and insecurities and often times project it, so dont take that seriously
Just be self aware or at least try
That's what I have figured out so far anyway
