Use Dabur Red paste

Excellent for gums and teeth.

I would have never had to undergo root canal if I had used Dabur Red twice a day.

Dabur Babul isn't as good.

Powder doesn't have the same effect either.

Neem datun is okay but not good enough by itself unless you chew on some Laung

I have had gum issues and I tried a few pastes.

Why don't you try what works for you?

Buy 3-4 types of pastes, see what feels better.
