Can't you simply train at home or nearby park with bodyweight exercises.

You can't target the specific muscles, this is so basic.

You can. There are multiple calisthenic exercises.

No calisthenic excercise can target specific muscles the way gym weights can, even pull ups target a combination of muscle sets

You can progress by using harder variations. I transitioned to one arm pushups and chinups to increase the load.

All the copes itt are retarded. 90% of gym goers don't look like Arnold, 'muh specific body parts', (by the way I am a nigger)h you can't even do 5 pull-ups lmao. Worry about shape of one part later lmao.

The point of gym is to have like minded people focused on body building. If you're a typical incel who just goes to gym and lifts in a corner, the benefits will be low. Also one another advantage is that you'll be motivated to go because you spend money on it and know a bunch of people there so don't want to be seen lazy while on your own you're likely not going to do anything.

Doesnt it make it better? You save more time and dont get muscle imbalances. You still can target muscles in calisthenics by using exercise variations. For example, i do regular pushups for middle chest, decline pushups for upper section of chest and dips for lower chest.

It is easier to progressively overload specific muscles than to target entire muscles sets at once. And body aesthetics are subjective since everyone has different goals.
