You put stress on muscles, then take proper rest + sleep. Exercise 1 day then take rest for 48 hours. Workout for only 3 days in a week. Working out everyday will damage your muscle growth due no recovery period and you will end up with joint and body pain.

Muscles need 48-72 hour window period before they start repairing themselves. You exercise and you tore your muscles today but it will need minimum 48 hours after which it will be repaired/ recovered. And if you instead of taking rest and eating properly started exercising during this period it will further damage those teared muscles hindering your bodybuilding hustle.
Newcomer noobs make this mistake and start heavy exercise everyday i hopes to getting faster results.
